  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (2-5%)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Flaky salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh blueberries and vanilla Greek yogurt, folding gently until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Freeze for about 70 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  7. Once frozen, dip each cluster in the melted chocolate coating and return to the baking sheet.
  8. Freeze for an additional 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
