  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh thyme, oregano, and sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mini pumpkins and cut off their tops. Scoop out seeds and pulp.
