  • 150g sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
