  • 10 ounces vegan marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal

  • 10 ounces caramels or caramel bites
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • Sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a buttered 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the vegan marshmallows. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat and mix in vanilla.
  3. In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and unwrapped caramels. Heat until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispie cereal in a bowl. Mix well and press into the prepared dish.
  5. Pour the caramel layer over the Rice Krispie base evenly and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. For the chocolate drizzle, heat heavy cream until bubbling; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth. Drizzle over the caramel layer and top with more sea salt.
