Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage gently to coat evenly.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
