  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, vinegar, water, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl to create the braising liquid.
  2. Boil baby potatoes in a large pot of water for about 12-15 minutes until fork-tender; drain and set aside.
