  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder

  5. Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave. Heat raspberries with agar-agar in a saucepan until dissolved; mix into melted chocolate.
  6. Layer one cooled cake with half the mousse, top with the second cake layer, and spread remaining mousse on top.
