  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat; cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
