  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Butter lettuce
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped spinach, fresh dill, dried oregano, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Mix until well blended.
