  • 56 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. For the Mushroom & Scrambled Egg Toast: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms with a pinch of salt for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. In another pan, scramble eggs until soft and creamy. Toast rustic bread until golden brown. Layer sautéed mushrooms on toast, top with scrambled eggs, and garnish with parsley.
  2. For the Avocado Toast: Toast another slice of rustic bread until crispy. Spread mashed avocado on the toast. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve both toasts together on a colorful plate for an impressive breakfast spread.
