  • 24 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 6 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • A few black olives (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach; season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread marinara sauce on the bottom, then layer noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  5. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes for topping; use sliced olives as eyes.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan over everything, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
