  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil; stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the risen dough into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over tops; sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown; rotate halfway through baking.
