  • 5 ½ oz white chocolate
  • ¼ cup double cream
  • 3 ½ oz unsalted ground pistachios
  • 3 ½ oz kataifi pastry
  • 9 oz milk chocolate
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add vegetable oil and water; mix until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Pipe thin strands of batter into circular shapes on the hot surface and cook until set (30–45 seconds). Transfer to towels to cool.
  3. Microwave white chocolate and double cream until melted; stir until smooth. Blend ground pistachios into a paste and mix with the chocolate mixture.
  4. In a nonstick pan, melt butter; add kataifi pastry and cook until golden brown. Combine with the pistachio mixture and chill until firm.
  5. Roll chilled mixture into balls, dip in melted milk chocolate, and garnish with chopped pistachios.
