Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pot, followed by broccoli florets. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until broccoli softens. Then stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Pour in the unsalted butter, stirring continuously until melted and combined with the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Return the crispy turkey bacon to the pot, mixing everything together until heated through. Serve immediately.
