  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)
  • red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced crimini mushrooms seasoned with salt and pepper; sauté until tender (4–5 minutes).
  2. Add potato gnocchi to the skillet along with chicken broth. Cook according to package instructions until gnocchi are tender.
