  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
