  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, optional, for garnish
  • Reserved pasta water, if needed

Instructions

  6. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan until thickened; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce until well coated.
