  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or plant-based butter)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the herb mixture.
