  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces linguine pasta
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add chicken pieces seasoned with Italian seasoning and cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
