  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Broccoli (as needed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken slices with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet along with drained fettuccine and broccoli; toss until well coated in sauce.
