  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch pieces)

Instructions

  1. In a zip-top bag, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the bag, seal tightly, and massage to coat. Refrigerate for at least one hour (up to four).
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  5. Preheat grill or grill pan; lightly oil it.
  6. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
