  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions; drain and cool on a towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce in a baking dish; fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of the mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place the rolls seam-side down in the dish; cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes covered with foil, then uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
