  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
