  • 1 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8.5-by-4.5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a light-colored sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  3. Mash bananas in a medium bowl and mix in eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, dark brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
