Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika; sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Lower heat to medium; melt garlic butter in the same skillet while scraping up browned bits.
  4. Add beef broth; simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and reduce heat to low.
  5. Gradually add Velveeta cheese, stirring until fully melted. Then mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until thick and creamy.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  7. Return the seared beef to the skillet; gently fold into the pasta mixture until everything is warmed through.
